In New Mexico , many years ago, there in a shack in the desert, one night in a storm. Amid streaks of lightnin' and loud desert thunder. To a young Mexican couple, a baby was born; Just as the baby cried, thunder and lightnin' died. The Moon gave it's light to the world and the stars did the same. Mother and Father, both proud of the daughter that heaven had sent them, Feleena was her name.

Feleena’s is teaming up with the National Arts Centre for their 2010-2011 season to promote their  family programming !
The TD Family Adventures Series with the NAC Orchestra is a fantastic musical experience for people of all ages. There are four concerts in the series, starting in October 2010 and ending in May 2011.
Performances are interactive, bilingual, and are a great way to expose young ones to the wonderful world of music… on the finest stage in the country!
Included in the series are free pre-concert activities 45 minutes prior to each concert in the NAC lobbies. There is also a big Rogers NACOtron screen, so everyone in the audience feels like they’re in the front row!
Concerts are 60 minutes without intermission. For each concert, there are 1:30 performances and 3:30 performances, both on Saturdays.
Subscription prices are very reasonable: kids get four concerts for only $49! See the TD Family Adventures webpage for more details on prices.
